Gifting FAQ
How do I buy a gift card?
Buy one online in any amount up to $1,000 — including the exact price of a package. It’s emailed straight away, either to you or directly to the person you’re gifting, so there’s no deadline to order by. To gift a specific package rather than an amount, give us a call and we’ll set it up.
How long do we have to book a holiday package?
Holiday packages can be booked through March 31. There’s no rush to use it over the holidays themselves — in fact a quiet week in February is often the nicer time to take a whole day off.
Can the package be done in one appointment?
That’s how we prefer to do it, and how it’s designed — one booking, everything in sequence, nothing to coordinate. If the timing doesn’t work we can split it across visits instead; just let us know when you book.
Can I book a package for myself?
Of course, and plenty of people do. Give us a call and we’ll build the services into a single appointment for you.
What’s the difference between the three packages?
Party Ready is a gloss and blowout before an event — about an hour. The Snow Day adds a pedicure, a head spa and a customized hair treatment, so it’s a few hours. The Whole Day Off is the full day: massage, our Royale Head Spa, a facial, and hair.
Can a package be split between two people?
Give us a call. We can usually arrange side-by-side services, and we’ll tell you honestly what works for the day you have in mind.
