They work differently. The Runway Hair Society deposits an $85 monthly credit you can spend across hair services, plus member discounts and priority access. The Thermal Membership is session-based: four 45-minute private Thermal Rituals each month in the sauna and cold plunge suite, with any additional sessions at $29 instead of $49. One gives you flexible credit; the other gives you a set number of visits.

Yes. Unused membership credits roll over to the following month so you have flexibility when booking. You can also switch plans, upgrade, or make changes anytime.

Each membership includes a curated selection of eligible services and experiences. Additional services outside your included categories still receive exclusive member pricing.

No long-term contract is required. Memberships are designed to feel flexible and effortless while rewarding consistency and self-care.

Members may temporarily pause for qualifying circumstances; contact the Guest Happiness Team. Cancellations require written notice after the minimum membership period outlined in your agreement.

Memberships and monthly credits are non-transferable and intended exclusively for the enrolled member.

The standard cancellation policy applies: at least 48 hours’ notice for reservation changes to protect the time reserved for you.
